At Pothys, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fashion selection, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Pothys account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to generate a request ID.

• 2.
  Quality Check

  Ensure the garment remains unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging, as these are mandatory for a successful processing.

• 3.
  Package Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your registered address within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you hand over the correct items.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item.
